Sambodhi Career Academy was founded in 2005 by Mr. Mangesh Dnyaneshwar Borkar, a renowned Competitive Examination Coach and Motivational Trainer. He is a highly learned person with educational qualifications in BE(INSTRUMENTATION),Post graduate In Journalism and Mass Communication , Masters in History (NET ).He also had a first hand experience of UPSC - Civil Services MAINs Examination, UPSC ,Staff Selection Interview. During his own struggle for UPSC - Civil Services Exam he didn’t find any suitable Mentor or Institution in Maharashtra where he could get proper Guidance. After gaining enough experience of UPSC- MAINs and Interview he started imparting coaching to the students in and around his rural area for Competitive Exams.

His passion is to produce highly motivated, visionary Civil Servants from across the rural-urban INDIA.An educational Activity which he started at the cost of his own Best career with the social spirit eventually converted into a MISSION and thus laid the foundation of SAMBODHI CAREER ACADEMY in 2005 in Nagpur District of Maharashtra. Since 2006 , Mission of Sambodhi started in Mumbai, Thane and Konkan region of Maharashtra.

Many Friends and Further students associated with this study group got selected through UPSC-MPSC-BANK-STAFF SELECTION Exams Since 2005. Moreover since its inception So many Seniormost and retired IAS / IPS & other officers participated into socio-educational activities of Academy for imparting best exam oriented Coaching. To name few here are Mr. Kishore Gajbhiye (IAS-Ex Secretary Social Justice Dept), Dr. Avinashkumar (IAS, EX-Additional Chief Secretary Gujarat and Sr. Advisor to IMF), Mr. Shukracharya Jadhav(IRS-Joint Commissioner Income Tax), Mr. S. S. Shinde (Joint Commissioner BMC, Mumbai), Mr. Shrirang Kamble (IES, Dy. Chief Engineer Central Railway), Mr. Gorkash Jagtap (IRPS), Mr. Vivek Savle (Dy. Commissioner Sales Tax, Mumbai), Mr. Sunil Dhamne (Dy. Municipal Commissioner, BMC), Mr. Vilas Gangavane (PI, twice President Medal Winner for best service to Police Dept), and many other senior officers.

With these dedicated Missionary efforts of Team Sambodhi more than 320 students have cracked tough nut of UPSC (Civil Services), UPSC-CPF, UPSC-APFC, MPSC-State Services exams, Staff selection-CGL ,IBPS-SBI(PO / MT /SO) Exams and now they are working in Indian and State Administration at Key Posts as Group-A / Group B Officers.More than 270 Students have qualified group B(Nongazetted) and Group C level Exams . Most Impressive achievement of Sambodhi is that, many of Our students have qualified UPSC (CIVIL SERVICES EXAM) in very First & Second attempt at very young age of 24 years, to name few are Dr. Pravin Mundhe (IPS-2010) Maharashtra Cadre, Dr. Prasad Waghmare (IAS-2010) Jharkhand Cadre Mr.Jay Waghmare (UPSC-2013-14), Dr. Ramdas Bhise (IRTS-2015-16).Sambodhi is the only Institution in Mumbai dominated by results in very first attempt.

Our Mission is now reached to different corners of Maharashtra with the help of like minded social-educational organisations. Mr. Mangesh D. Borkar has delivered more than 850 Inspirational and Competitive Exams lectures at different places in Maharashtra and other states of India. He has motivated more than 2.50 lakhs students for UPSC/MPSC/BANK/SSC exams through his speeches. His hundreds of Articles published in esteemed newspapers of Maharashtra like ‘Sakal’ , weekly “Maharastra Rojgar Vrutta" , Economic Times, Lokmat, Prahar, Samrat, Mahanayak etc. His articles on education and competitive exams have proved immensely helpful for students eyeing on competitive exams.

B officer to run successful administration of country. Along with our social commitments we are highly professional in completing exam oriented syllabus for various Exams. At our Thane(East) and Mumbai Branches we provides FREE library and study room facility to students along with strategic, professional ,time bound ,exhaustive and result oriented Coaching for PRELIMs-MAINs-INTERVIEW stages.

We pay personnel attention on every student so we have deliberately maintained a batch of 30-35 students . All our faculties are well experienced having their own first hand experience of MAINs and Interviews, we also have a group of guest faculties who are working at higher level of administration. Our CLASS NOTES are unchallengeable, which completes the need of study material as per the entire new pattern of exam. Our regular feedback-revision sessions and test series are quite useful for the Exhaustive preparation.
